Renaissance Homes is looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketer to join our team.
The successful candidate will possess the professional knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize, and promote Renaissance Homes to attain census goals as well as fostering a positive presence in the community.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to;
- Initiate & Coordinate visits with potential residents.
- Create and maintain professional networks with the local communities and professional organizations to improve occupancy admissions.
- Maintain favorable connections with hospital social service departments, local physicians, and their colleagues.
- Cultivate positive public relations and enhance resident and community connections
- Ensure that all editorial directions, designs, productions and distribution of all publications follow suit with the company’s standards and overall desired image.
- Coordinate the appearance of all Renaissance Home print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Conduct frequent and relevant market research to stay competitive and current.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related educational field from an accredited university.
- 3 or more years Marketing experience or sales background in long term healthcare
Compensation: commission based
